The Cottages

Introducing the Cottages, a brand new 190 Cottage (Condominium) Resort located on 11 acres, all within walking distance of the fun things to do in Ocean Shores. Each cottage will feature a unique courtyard or patio with an outdoor grill and fireplace. Motorized awnings will provide for year round use and entertaining. All Cottages will be fully furnished and will include complete kitchens.

Living Area

Friends and family will enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Including courtyards and patios, the one and two bedroom Cottages will be approximately 550 sq. ft., and 940 sq. ft, respectively.

Going Green

Environmentally friendly Dream Turf will compliment beautifully landscaped grounds. The streets, parking areas, walkways and courtyards will be constructed with Drain Pavers (not asphalt). Both the Dream Turf and the Drain Pavers will be installed over 6" to 8" of 3/4 inch gravel to create an underground storm retention system. Solar panels will heat the pool and will provide electrical energy savings insuring lower monthly maintenance fees.

Resort Amenities

Custom perimeter fencing will provide privacy and security. The Green Belt in the center of the resort features a walking path surrounded with year round landscaping. An 8,100 sq. ft. community building will include a 75 ft. swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, all purpose room, laundromat, front desk, and lobby. A cafe will serve a family menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Development Schedule

Construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2007 and occupancy is expected to be late in Spring 2008.
