The Two Bedroom Cottages have two baths and are located on the green belt. The Cottages are 940 sq. ft. including a 200 sq. ft. (10 x 20) private patio facing the greenbelt and ideal for easy access to the pool and community center. This Cottage will comfortably accommodate 6 people. The estimated monthly maintennace fee is $285.00.

Each Cottage will be fully furnished including TV sets, cookware and silver. The kitchens will include a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave hood combo, garbage disposal. Each Cottage can participate in an optional nightly rental program which will be available through on site management. Those that participate in this program may also exchange and vacation worldwide through Dial An Exchange, an International vacation exchange company.
